My Vengal Rao Nagar ("the App") is a civic engagement platform for residents of Vengal Rao Nagar, Ward 209, Hyderabad, Telangana. It is developed and operated by Devsharkify (contact: devsharkify@gmail.com).

• Phone number — collected during sign-in to send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Delivered through Authkey.io; your number is not stored on our servers.
• Location (precise GPS) — collected only when you use the Fitness Tracker feature and only while the feature is active. Used solely to draw your route on-screen and calculate distance. Location is never uploaded or shared.
• App data (profile, issues, preferences) — stored entirely on your device using browser local storage. Nothing is transmitted to any server unless you explicitly submit a report or post to the community wall.

• We do not collect your name, email, or any government ID.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics services.
• We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.

The App uses Authkey.io solely to deliver OTP SMS messages. Your phone number is transmitted to Authkey.io for this purpose and is subject to their privacy policy. No other third-party services receive your personal data.

All on-device data remains under your control. You can clear it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. We do not retain any personal data on external servers.

This app is intended for residents aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when it was last revised.
